Car collision and false advertising

I come back again after a year I have been told that my case is on urge of the conclusion. Okay here is my story. My car was involved in an accident in 2015 December and the person who was driving the other car it was a company car they offered me R25k which I rejected and took this matter to scorpion legal protection for which till this day my case is not solved. I wish I can do voice call as I am ****ed off and fuming. Month end October I was told the other party is offering me R50k towards this case and that the matter can be settled and R8k towards legal fees I told them I am not paying any legal fees because every month I am paying scorpion I want the R50k as it is and today they telling me that those people they have dropped the settlement amount to R34k. Like how possible is that!? Why did I even take my a policy with scorpion if they can't help me? I am really ****ed off. If I am taking the R34k they might as well refund me all my premiums because they didn't help me, can't be paying a policy for over 10 years and not get helped.
