Car collision
I am so ****ed of with service I am receiving from Scorpion legal protection, it's been 6years with them handling my car collision case, last time when I put this matter on this platform the general manager of Scorpion contacted me telling me my case is on the edge to be resolved, there's a light at the end of the tunnel this was in August okay fine, November I contacted again the same lady she said my case is going to court February 19th and they will contact me for feedback which they did but the outcome wasn't positive was told someone was sick being hearing that excuse for almost 4 years it's either someone is sick or on leave and today I emailed in the morning to check the progress of the case and some legal representative is calling me to tell me that to be honest there's no light at the end of the tunnel and that they offering me maximum of R4000 to close the case or wait for another more years, this ****ed me off knowing that I was communicated with by scorpion some time 2018 telling me that at the end of the case I will get a settlement amount of R59k and they offering me R4000 I am under the impression that my case was settled and they want to keep the funds. How on earth can a case drag for so long! Scorpion mustn't make promises they can't keep, who is stupid now? It's me because the other one is telling me there's light at the end of the tunnel and the other one is saying there's no light and I have been a loyal member for 13 years to be exact not even once I claimed this is my first claim. I am disappointed with scorpion legal protection.
