billed for Policy I don't want

<p>about 3 weeks ago, I was approached by a street sales consultant trying to sell me Scorpion Funeral plan, I said I was not interested and he then proceeded to ask me if he could just check to see if I qualified, I obliged. Part of the "check", he asked for my card number, Full names and ID number, after all of that, I still maintained that I was not interested and he accepted. This morning, my account got debitted by Scorpion, I have never signed an agreement or seen a single form from this company, to top it all off, I am now umemployed and my account is now in arrears due to the unpaid debit.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called customer care and the response was that they couldn't help me or refund me unless I sent a fax with my bank statement and official complaint. too much to go through for a person with no resources and to top that off, the consultant wouldn't even give me the fax number.</p>
