Beyond useless service under the Sun

I lodged a complain with scorpion legal from December 2020. After numerous follow ups and eventually complaining to their complaints department. It's than that my matter was attended too, one useless phone from their so called attorney. I was told that the company I paid money to has moved offices bt another person is now dealing with the transfer of my house and I will be updated accordingly and that never happened. Few days later I received an sms from scorpion stating that they have finalized the matter. When I called them, the only response was that they are sorry about the bad experience I have encountered as if they were not responsible for causing it. It really sad that we have to bring serious issues to legal companies only for them to make matters worse by giving you the runaround. Only thing they are good for is to say Sorry for the bad Experience
