Beyond Poor Service

I have been asking for almost two years now that scorpion legal protection removes Karen Gaddiah on all matters that relates to me, the lady lacks customer service and doesn't give feedback. I spoke to her supervisor and it seems to me that the claims department are failing clients deliberately for also promised to resolve the issue but never contacted me back.

It's been two years now since I requested the assistance with my divorce, scorpion appointed a law firm to handle the matter and that law firm did nothing with my case. They appointed the second law firm which did the same thing and worse, from the second law firm I was assisted by a lawyer who is suspended from the law society and he ******ed money from me. I reported all this to scorpion and nothing was done.

My divorce was unopposed it later became opposed then unopposed, for two years going back and forth with something that could have taken two weeks max through their contractors.

I have now appointed a lawyer to deal with this matter, upon correspondence with scorpion I got to realize that Karen is still handling my matters, scorpion's blatant disregard to my instruction as a client is indeed appalling.
