Best service from Welile Nodada when i was actually thinking scorpion is the worst.he changed all of that.

I would like to thank Welile Nodada i had a bad experience with one of his team member in the legal advise. i was extremely angry because he provided me with the worst service and i was not willing to talk anyone actually i wanted to cancel my membership.Welile phoned me and he was listening to me very attentively and coming with solutions to my problem and he said i could contact him any time if there is any assistance i need and i told him about the call centre waiting time as well.he was looking forward to fix every complain i told him and today i decide to call scorpion and i didnt wait that long and when i spoke to someone at legal advise i was assisted well.i see that he did really fix the complaints i told him about.because the experience this time around was different than before.Scorpion needs people like Welile he is the best and they should value him.He has management qualities.
