Bad to NO service service at all - Scorpion legal protection

I have been with Scorpion for more than 10 years and claiming for all these years. Now I am asking them to assist me and they are coming with excuses. They are bringing in the issue of prescription act, and their definition of prescription is not as per the act, they are trying to define it in their own way such that they cannot assist me, and this could be how they function. I trusted them and they have just proved me wrong, I shouldn't have trusted what they promised me all these years. Their service is so bad.
