Bad service from scorpion legal protection

I have lodged my matter to Scorpion Legal Protection around February and now is June. I have been made to round in a cycle since then. I was assigned a legal specialist by the name of Bonolo Mabetha. First, if I don’t call her she doesn’t call at all and give me updates. Sometimes I would get updates from a call center agent and after I have called. The only time she will call me is when she is returning my calls. This has strained me emotionally, financially and otherwise. Maybe to narrate few incidents. Bonolo promised to call me last week Tuesday and she didn’t call, then I called her on Friday then she said she discussed my matter with the manager and they are in the advanced stage of appointing an attorney for me. During our telephonic conversation, she asked me the area where they must get an attorney for me, of which I gave her two options. Then, she indicated that she will call me on Friday afternoon or latest Monday. I waited for her call until Tuesday and did happen. I called her on Wednesday, I was told that she is on another line, then I asked to speak with the manager and they said the manager is in the meeting. Then, the lady told me that Bonolo said I should ask you where must we get an attorney for you. Then, I told the lady that you are not serious because I gave Bonolo that information on Friday. To cut the long story short. After that, Bonolo call and she said they have appointed an attorney for me and is waiting for a manager to endorse it. Late the manager call and I explained all my frustration to her. Then, she came with another trick to make me round in a cycle. She requested some documents which I was asked to send in February. Now, they are telling me that there are outstanding documents. And they were supposed to tell me this in February when I sent the required documents. This makes me wonder and doubts Bonolo's competencies because she was supposed to tell me this then. I would call and talk about a certain email that was sent maybe four days ago and at the moment she would know nothing about the email. I have been with scorpion legal protection for some time now and this is my first claim and the service I am getting is VERY BAD.
