Bad Service from Scorpion Legal Protection

I'm writing with a heavy hurt and disappointed about the service i received from Scorpion Legal Protection. I had a case at CCMA which i consulted Scorpion as i'm a member as they debit money every on my bank account.

To take you back when i referred my case at CCMA S73A dispute in February 2025 there were red flags from Scorpion until i wrote here and they called me apologizing the way they handled the matter, assuring me to handle the matter in a better way but nothing changed things become very worse than before. My Arbitration hearing was on 19 March 2026. Soon i received a notification January 2026 i forwarded the email to scorpion in order we can start preparing early if they will be a need of witness we arrange early. 3 weeks down the line nothing i received from them until i called and was transferred to Phieha Rakoma (assistant claims handler/specialist labor claims). He assured me about receiving my email i forwarded to them, stating reason for them not come back to me it is to early, how they do things is they start preparing 1 week / 2 weeks before the arbitration date. 2 March 2026 i contacted them again and asked to transferred to Phieha Rakoma as he is the claim handler but i couldn't get him was told he will call me back in 48 hours message has been forwarded to him. I never received any call from him until i called back again 6th March 2026 and he said there is nothing he received to call me back. I then asked when will be starting preparations for my case with the attorney so we can be able to see what will be needed including witnesses. He then said "don't worry i have the matter the Attorneys will contact you probably Monday 9th March 2026 we have everything under control"

Monday 9th March wasn't contacted by attorneys until following Monday 16th March 2026 where i called scorpion and was told Phieha Rakoma is busy with other call he will call me back and i asked for reference this time of the call to prevent such saying" I never received your message" the reference i received reference even text confirmation message on my phone about my request. Guess what i never received any call. Was already late for preparations and the case was in 3 days to come. I then contacted the attorneys following day Tuesday 17th 2026. The attorneys told No scorpion doesn't pay them for one on one case preparations. Was real disappointed as Phieha Rakoma told attorneys will be in contact with me for preparation i shouldn't worry. Now i have lost my case because of Scorpion Legal Protection, they were No evidence to support my statement even witness. Those are the things i should have prepared as was told by scorpion i must let them handle the matter anything that is needed from me they will contact me.

Please don't think of joining this people called Scorpion Legal Protection stay away from them they are dishonest and not respecting their clients
