Bad service

I have been a customer with Scorpion Legal for a few years, I then changed banks and notified scorpion, however they stopped my policy and blamed me for the interuption. Now they want me to pay for all the months i missed payment because they did not transact from the new bank. The way the management speaks, Lungo, as if I did not matter as a client, I am still waiting for her to send me her email address for weeks now.
