Bad service ever had with scorpion Legal sell out

I have been with legal scorpion for more than 5 years now and paying premiums very well even to date, I first needed their help with a motor vehicle accident in 2019 which was repudiated by the the insurance they failed to fight for me and ended up loosing the case I had to fix my car from my pocket which costed me over R150 000.

In 2021 I lodged two more cases with them as a consumer I was not fairly treated (1) I opened a case of three defective solar geysers which costed me alot of money to buy and also to try to fix the defects they still failing to help me . (2) I opened a case of a different vehicle i took to a motor mechanic for engine repairs since August 2020 till today I haven't got my car back, letters of demand have been sent to the machenic ever since he never rep**** them and they are also quiet and now playing games them and their appointed lawyers to assist me further, they take weeks and months to just give a simple response

What is more important to them is to ensure that premiums are collected, all the adverts we see on the media is all lie i do recommend this law firm for anyone who needs peace of mind you can try others but not this scorpion Legal wise to me its not wise its ****. This is so disappointing such an old big company
