Bad service.

I'm really disappointed with the service received from your so called 'specialists' and this is the second case that scorpion failed to assist no sense of urgency when dealing with client's cases. We always have to call for feedback your consultants goes as far as telling us as clients that we must call at their convinient time as a certain times will be on lunch very dissapointing.
