Bad service at Scorpion Legal Protection

I recently joined scorpion legal protection seeking legal advise. I paid my first premium and I waited 2 days for a response back. They then called me and asked what the matter was and had excuses saying our case needs to get transferred to the legal department. After 2 weeks of waiting. They made contact again and the line gets disconnected or i wait for the call to be transferred which is never done. Then i get told they will pass the message to contact me. I wait another 5 days and get contacted again. They were rude and not understanding of our frustrations and told us that we need to find another lawyer through scorpion at extra costs and proceed that way. When I said we don't have the finances for a lawyer they said we must close our case. We lost money during the process and I do not recommend scorpion legal to anyone. Unfortunately you have to give a star in order to wrote a review. I give personally no stars. Pathetic service and no client relation.
