Bad service and rude customer service agents

Very rude response. Why am i paying them if im told i cant hold but should expect a call within 24hrs. After logging a claim with them you told about 7-14 working days i mean a call can put someone at ease but looking at the reviews here i can see am in for a long wait .Am so disappointed after being with them since 2012 ai i think i need to start looking for another way to get stuff done
