Bad Service.
Since I submitted my query asking for legal advice on the 17th of December 2019, I have not received any feed back as to how far are they with my case. It was promised that within 7 working days I will be notified by a legal representative, hasn't this lapsed already? Mr G Maduvhula who has been assigned on this matter can we treat this as a matter of urgency please. I cannot keep calling you guys, what are we paying services for?
