Bad service

I signed up with Scorpion legal protection but they debited twice then I reversed the other1.... Then tomorrow morning I received a massage saying Capitec doesn't allow us to debit... And it's their fault not mine.... I then called 086 number I asked them to please call me urgent I need to sort out something they told me to sms some number nje.... Their service is very bad
