Bad service

You pay every month, they eager to take your money then you have a claim and for two months you hear nothing from them. You email for feedback your emails get ignored. You call in, they get someone to call you back then get told going to speak to their supervisor and will call you back before close of business but never call you back. Really bad service to their customer
