Bad service

I wont recommend them as i have been with scorpion legal for a year now, this is my first case that i am logging with them. I get no feedback i must send mails and phone all the time. They take way to long on a small matter. I logged my case 2 months ago and i have no progress at all and its a small case. I don't know where to go to next, hoe to trust. They take your money quickly but cant give you the same service
