Bad service

These guys don't regard us as clients and individuals but as a pool off people like that are given government grants yet Wer are paying monthly for their services. I've had my case opened mid August and when I did a follow up beginning of September only to find that it was not registered so it had to be redone and till to date it's nearing end October no call when I call they say the person handling my case will call me they busy with alot off cases.......waste of money and false advertising.
