Bad Service

I had a contractor to renovate my house in 2019, I have paid them all the material money and labor. They did not finish the job and told me the money is finished. I had to get another contractor to complete their work as I couldn't have my kids in the house with no windows and doors. I then contacted Scorpion legal protection as I have been their member for over 20 years and they asked for all the proof that I have submitted, until today this matter has not been resolved. I have another outstanding claim for the car hanging for whipping 5 months now with no communication from anyone yet all my debits are up to date, they never missed a debit but the service I am getting from Scorpion in utterly ridiculous.
