Bad service
I have logged different case's with scorpion Pretoria branch non of them was never resolved. November and December 2018 i logged a ***** query nothing was done about my query until i escalated to the branch manager. Dec 2018 manager went on leave i guess the query too went on leave The person itumeleng mametse who was standing in the managers position didn't do much and he confirmed that he will get mr Monama to contact me when he resume from leave of which he never did. What is the point of me paying service and i don't get the service rendered to me. This bad service is brewing to an expensive wine while consumers are paying for a bad service.
