Bad Service
I Dora Nedzamba I have been calling legal wise from the 07 of june 2018 till date about a deposit that I made to legal wise account by mistake and requseting the refund and I have been send pillar to post with no respond . I send the proof of deposit (payment ) to Puleng Lebenya on the 23 June as per her request so that I can get the refund but upto date I never got any feedback and when I call for refund they telling me that She is on leave and she will only resume to work in August .
This is a bad service that I have never experienced in my life .
I hope I will get feedback and My refund before close of business today . Please call me on ********** 783 before end of business . My policy number is : Policy number : 716975
