Bad service

The handle my case they unproffesional and dont have client service dont support the client, take there own time to respont to u , u first have to contact the head office to complaint about them than they come back to u. I really are dissapionted in them if this case is finish I will reconsider to be still in the scorpions I never in my life get so bad service from a supplier.In two(2) years I used them 2 times and both time the service was bad bad and more bad. The dont deserve the name scorpion because the animal scorpion fights back but I cannot said the same about u guys.I wish yhey could update there service that more people will be satisfied in service , but at the moment your srvice stink.
