Bad service

The service received was bad. Firstly i called the helpdesk a week ago, spoke to a lady who said she was in Legal dept. She then promised to send my query to their admin desk for someone to call me back as i needed to cancel this stupid membership. I waited the whole week plus and nobody called me back, until i had to call them again. Spoke to 3 different3 people who dropped the phone on my ear. Until i finally spoke to an arrogan, rude Kgomotso who knows nothing about customer service... Why is it so difficult if one wants to cancel the membership?
