Bad service

I needed an assistant as they are my trusted lawyers and a good paying client. Scorpion legal I made a claim but I'm still waiting for a message with reference number. The consultant told me that it will take only few minutes after not receiving the message I made another call after an hour to my surprise I was told that the message is still queuing and you can hear from the sound of the voice that the voice came out in a negative attitude attitude and not willing to assist. Pls assist me a sim paying for the services on a monthly basis
