Bad service

I had a bad experience with scorpion legal after years with them. I log a case for unfairly dismissed at my work place, and my policy was up to date. I sent them everything that will assist the process to be easy and smooth. The process took weeks getting calls and emails from scorpion agent. After some weeks I got a call a gentleman by the name of Luca (advocate), he introduced himself to me and asked me to come and see him in his office in Rondebosch, i agreed and we set a date,And I had to go to Rondebosch and meet him. He took my statement as well. I gave him everything he wanted and he also said that the case is straight forward. After some days I call scorpion and talk to the guy who was assisting me, I told him that since I'm not working and the company i was working for is delaying to pay me my holding deposit, i said i wont be able to pay for my premium, he said i mustn't worry my case was logged long ago and my policy was active and up-to-date. As i was waiting and I see that the days are going without any call, I did email the advocate and he respond saying that Scorpion team did tell him that I did not pay my account and he has to stop the process. I asked him who did tell him that, he said scorpion agent did call him. I got disappointed and I call scorpion immediately and the agent who pick the phone she said she will put me through to someone who will assist me , I waited for more than 20 minutes and my airtime was finished. No one called me back till today. This is not the first time not being assisted by scorpion and I very very disappointed.
