Bad attitude from Scorpion Specialist

We had a conservation with Magdalene Naidoo on 24,29 March 16.I didn't hear her properly on the 24th & I asked if she will give me a call then she refused. I said lets carry on with the conservation. The tone & way she was speaking was like it's a privilege to ask Scorpion to help me in this my matter(Case 654835). She said she will send a SMS on the 24th but I didn't get it. On the 29th I asked about it & she was defensive about it. Then she sent it to me on the 29th & I received it. I told her that sometimes I lent friends/relatives money(no profits) & sometimes it comes back with interest if I am lucky. As an customer, I should be allowed to ask questions & clarity. I was questioning her why she is taking another route which is different from Mr Chauke(Attorney etc.). She told me, I have to go the branch to get clarity but I asked her why is she not telling the answers. She was getting emotional ,where she told me I am difficult & I am wasting her time. When I spoke to Mr Chauke he was friendly & willing to help me but Magdalene was rude & hostile. I have been a customer for Scorpion for years but the bad attitude from Magdalene caught me off-guard, shocked & amazed.
