Attorney not coming delivering
Good day<br> <br> may i please have some feedback regarding my case, I have logged the unfair labour practice with Scorpion in January 2015 and till today there is no direction. Scorpion allocated my matter to Nabeel Noorbhai Attorneys who is now not answering my calls after he has promised that my matter has been send to CCMA and we waiting a date from the CCMA for arbitration, but when Mathapelo called the CCMA she found out that the attorney did not refer the matter yet. And now i have to wait for Yaaseen and Mathapelo to decide whether the matter should be given another attorney or not yet Mr Nabeel Noorbhai failed to do what is required of him. i don't think this Attorney will be competent enough to win the matter for me in court. this matter will no longer qualify to go for arbitration after 3 month which will be next month on the 12/06/2015, can i have another attorney allocated to this matter ASAP before it expire for arbitration.

As a Scorpion member you have the option to choose any attorney to work on your matter, as long as he is willing to work with us in terms of the policy. If you don't have an attorney we will suggest a few labour specialist attorney to you who we have a working relationship with and who have achieved fantastic results for our clients in the past.
A labour matter has very strict time lines to abide by, and we will contact you urgently this morning to make arrangements to get another attorney.
