Attorney failed me twice
I reported my dismissal case to scorpion and was told I have a strong case, it was referred to attorneys which I consulted with and I went for a consultation and they also assured me that I have a case. Matter was referred to the BC I received a date and the attorney was also aware of it but he didn't show up called scorpion informed them and they advised that the attorney will be the for arbitration. The attorney called me the Friday before my appearance to confirm that Monday the 23 October 2017 we are attending the case but again the attorneys did not show up. The proceeding went on for three hours and the commissioner was on the side of the company to a point where I left the proceedings because it was clear that I was losing the case. The employer told me that he paid my attorneys that's why my attorney won't come. Scorpion has failed me in my times of need yet they had assure do me I have a case. This is the worst service I ever expected from this company.

You confirmed with our offices that the attorney has apologised to you and has offered you a settlement which you have since accepted and that this matter has therefore been resolved.
