Attitude and no service
<p>For two week seeking assiscance , no assistance, bad attitude and paying for nothing. Dont want to assist with a case and put phone down while still explaining my situation. Loose documentation regarding the case and then find it after the court date. Although after I have send everything to them and they confirmed that they have received documentation and will call back and assist in 24 hours. It never happen. Cannot even pick up a phone to set up a court date with the opesition laywer. Really upset about this bad attetude and service. </p>

We confirm that Mr Darius Molobi, Regional Manager responsible for our Legal Contact Centre, has contacted you and your husband regarding this complaint and has discussed this with you in full detail. Once again, we wish to apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result of the miscommunication with our Legal Contact Centre. We are taking steps to address this and ensure it does not happen again.
As discussed, we confirm having advised you that your husband’s matter relates to disputes that are excluded from cover in terms of your policy and could therefore not instruct an attorney to assist herein. Further that the Court required your husband to sign documents relating to his daughter travelling on a school choir tour, which addresses his fears that he may be signing for his daughter to leave the country for good and may no longer see her again.
We are of the view that this discussion with you and your husband has helped resolve your concerns.
