Agent opened policy without my consent!

Late last year I was approached by a field agent whose name I have forgotten. He told me that they were just taking details of people in Qwaqwa to check if they qualified for the Legal Protection policy. I told him I wasn't interested & that I was unemployed and therefore couldn't even afford the premiums. He assured me I wouldn't be billed for anything without my permission. I then saw him filling out a form after which I told him to scratch of my details & he got angry so I left. On the 23rd of Jan 2015 I received an sms stating my policy number & that my card was on the way. It also stated that payment would be deducted on the 31st of Jan. This morning 5th of Feb I received another sms saying deduction could not be made due to insufficient funds. Please cancel this policy I did not consent to before I incur further bank charges for nothing. I am not interested & whoever that agent was should be fired for de*****ing people. I clearly told him that I had no interest & that I was an unemployed graduate so I have no money. Your assistance will greatly be appreciated.
