After so many reques...

After so many requests for CANCELATION and refunds, they decided to change the previous plan to another plan without consent - is that legal? They continued to deduct funds from my account twice after I asked them to CANCEL EVERYTHING I even reported this company at FAIS OMBUDSMAN in order to get my money back and CANCEL but they ignored the law and continued without my permission.
