Account opened without conscent

I was at diepsloot mall some time i n january,there we sales agents representing scorpiom who were busy trying to make me sign up. I told them that i was unemployed and cudnt afford legal fees then they said the take our details just for stats and to check whether we qualify for legal aid or not. They said nothing will be deducted from my bank account without my conscent and i will receive a call from scorpion if i qualify before they can start deductions. But an amount of 71 rand was deducted from my account this month. I want my refund in full , i never comfirmed wanting legal aid from you guys. I can rarely afford that. Please resolve and cancel my membership and refund me back.
