A Job Well Done

Good Day

I would like to compliment Neziswa Luthuli from Scorpion Legal Protection for a job well done.... She assisted me in a matter I had with Edgars store since April of this year.

I made an Eft payment to Edgars during the level 5 lockdown and I made a mistake with one digit on my ref number. I picked up the mistake and went to their store in Westgate , I got there and they asked me to email my proof of payment , bank statement of which I did at the store.

4 weeks passed I went to the southgate store to do a follow up and there was nothing. Went through the whole process of emailing the Documents again...

Until in May I decide to involve Scorpion Legal Protection and my matter was handled by Neziswa Luthuli . She went after Edcon and they gave us the run around and at some point , I told her to just drop the matter and I will pay the money again , but she insisted that we go ahead with the matter and not give up until it is resolved...

Thanks to her I didn't give up... On Friday Date: Fri, 11 Sep 2020, 18:22 I Received an Email from RCS Group advising that my payment was allocated to my account. I went to the Store to Check and it was indeed Updated.
