A Great Assistance to resolve my case

<p>In December 2016 I contracted the services on Xina to film my wedding. The agreement was that she was going to deliver the videos in February 2017 ( ten days after the final payment). I made the payment upon her telling me that she was ready to deliver the video and ten days later there was no delivery of the videos. </p> <p>A month later after an number of follow up with Xina she still could not deliver. I then escalated the matter to Scorpion legal protection for assistance as I was no longer getting any joy from the Vidoegrapher and vidoes where of sentimental value to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Scorpion legal protection asigned Sinenhlanhla Dladla on my case . Sinenhlanhla gave me call to get the full details of the matter, she then drafted and sent the demand letter to the Videographer. In a matter of two days the Videographer's legal team made contact with Sinenhlanhla to set up an arrangement on the delivery process and date.</p> <p>I went on my honeymoon vacation while the matter was not resolved, however, Sinenhlanhla kept me udated through emails and contact on the progress of the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon my return from my vacation, the date was delivery date was agreed upon and a location suitable for me and the Videographer was arranged. ( Hand over at the Scorpion jhb branch).</p> <p>We arrived at the Scorpion branch ( JHB) we were recieved with great warmth by the branch manager (Welile) and the staff .
