I opened a case with scorpion in January 24.received a call from them and I explained my problem. They disappeared and I had to do a follow-up with them. I was told about a "diary date" which was in February. The date passed and I haven't received any call from them. I had to call them AGAIN to do a follow-up. Nothing was done on my case. When you call that's when they start working on your case. When you don't do a follow-up they also keep quiet. Tried to get hold of the person who's dealing with my case with no success. When I keep calling I will be on hold until the call end without being assisted. I'm fed up xem😩communication is not for them... I am going to cancel my membership with them because they are ***********
