18 months and counting

I have asked Scorpion legal for assistance in a case and its more than 18 months down the line and there has been no traction whatsoever. The case was assigned to a law firm a year ago, and I don't know who is worse the lawyers or Scorpion cos no one bothers to return your calls or emails. Scorpion does realise the severity and impact their don't care attitude has on a person's life. Because of their lack of feedback, it has caused me tens of thousands in bills relating to the events of my case, which I would not have spent had my case been attended to and resolved sooner. Because of not getting the assistance promised, Scorpion has actually ruined me financially. Deliver on what you promise and remember if a client needs assistance, help them, cos we are paying your salary, your actions or in this matter lack of, can actually ruin a person's life. Think about that the next time you take on a case.
