No Service delivery at all!! Worst Customer experience

Unfortunately I am disappointed, disgruntled, and frustrated at the Treatment AND service experience I have so far received from Scorpion Legal team. This now is my second need of lawyers to act accordingly but scorpion legal is still proving Unavailable, Invisible and just not being there! Last 2 weeks I logged a case and was to be contacted by scorpion legal team on a Monday but no one bothered; that passed with no effort or atom of help from the organization that I pay a premium to every single month.

I now urgently need them as I have a hearing at work on the 11 December 2020 but Scorpion Legal team has not been taking calls (on ***) since this morning.. Honestly I called close to 50 times with no avail.. It rings and no one picks up..

Can someone please help me when I actually need legal help?? What's the point of paying my monthly premiums then? Is this how Scorpion treats us when we wanna claim? I think they need to improve their procedures and / work ethics.

I need urgent help as in now please management.
