I have been visiting Ballito for many a year now. Scoop is one of three establishments that I always frequent on my visits.

On this visit a problem of sorts arose and I have to commend the ownership on dealing with the matter in an efficient and utterly mind blowing way.

They truly went above and beyond great customer satisfaction.

Needless to say, I’ve always recommended Scoop, and I will continue to be their quiet champion.
