very very bad service

We took my wifes scoooter to him because the scooter was not starting. He told us that the motor seized. He charged us a R1500. We took it back to him. We got it back and nothing worked infront not the lights or anything. We took it back We received the scooter back and then it was leaking oil. Took it back twice for leaking oil. We got it back and then it was using a lot of oil and was smoking. Took back again. Got it back with a loud noise on the motor. Took it to another scooter place and they said it is the bearings. Took it back to the guy. After 6 days we got it back and now it has a old battery in. The battery that was in the scooter was a new battery. He says we took the battery out and placed an old battery in. The guy works from his house in pretoria gardens in schuurman laan.
