Scooters 39 minute promise is complete *******

I made the mistake of ordering a Pizza from these guys at 12:23 today, I've just let the delivery guy out of our office park 5mins ago. What's worse is that the delivery guy (didn't bother with a name) then gets into an argument with me about how its not their fault and that he still expects me to pay (for a cold pizza that I had to wait an hour and 20mins for). This is not the first time I've had this problem with Scooters Sunninghill, but rest assured it will be the last.
