Rude cashier/late delivery

We ordered pizza yesterday 21/12/15 which only arrived over an hour later when it clearly states on the web that it should arrive within 39 minutes otherwise it's free. When we called the lady to find out where our order was as it was late, she told us to pay the amount and she will take it up with her manager regarding getting our money back or compensating us for our next order. The driver arrived some time after and admitted to being late of which he then went back to the store and told them he was on time. We called them today 22/12/15 and they refuse to give us our refund/discount and the cashier by the name of Wanique Dlamini told me rudely that they go by what the driver said and they were not late and will not give us a discount. This is extremely rude and not professional. She was talking to other people while on the phone with me and even told me to hurry up as she has other customers to help. I think this is disgusting as we order a lot from Scooters and a late delivery should equal free food as quoted on your website!!!
