I know its fast food, but you must still COOK IT!!

I am UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED in this franchise... We ordered two pizza's with the stuffed cheese crust and to our surprise when you bite into the crust there's more raw dough than cheese!!! So we take it back and order two new pizza's, one with thick base and one with thin (just to be safe)... BIG MISTAKE!!! The thin base is thinner than paper you need four hands to eat it, and the thick base was even more raw than the previous two pizza's!!! It's not even just a small piece that is raw... THE ENTIRE BASE IS RAW WHEN YOU REMOVE THE TOPPINGS!!! SO... we basically paid to eat a piece of paper with a few peppers on and the meat toppings (that we could salvage) of the top of some play dough someone sold to us. This COOKING LESSON cost us money we don't have to waste on disappointing quality food which we we're so looking forward to... suffice it to say, this franchise will NEVER see us again!!! FRANKLY, I'm surprised they are still open because I am SURE we are NOT the first people to experience this. COME ON, 6 year old's can cook a base properly!!!
