Horrific experience and bad service - Bye Scooters

I've been a long standing fan of Scooters Pizza and in the past year only have spent in excess of R5000 between myself and convincing my co-workers to order from Scooters. I do realise this amount to Scooters is nothing, however one would think they will attempt to keep their regulars happy.<br> I recently placed a small order, after having to ring twice and waiting for a ridiculous period before someone answered, I spoke to a person whom lacks English as a communication language. Once this was eventually completed, I waited an hour before I phoned them to follow up on where my delivery is. Between the cashier and the driver I heard multiple excuses, all ****r than Barbara Streisand's lips. When the driver eventually arrived, I assumed the delivery was free (be aware, Scooters bank on this marketing gimmick, but it is only applicable if you stay in a radius of about 2cm from the store), the driver accepted and drove off. I then received an accusatory call from the store stating that I am refusing to pay. I am not in parliament, and therefore not a ******** and do not like being treated as such. In addition to this, my food was appalling, Piezone filling peeling out and the pizza cold.
