Great Service

I would just like to commend the Manager at Scooters,Reservoir Hills, for always delivering great service. I have watched managers come and go over the years at that branch, so the fact that the current manager is still there is testament to quality service. The characteristic that really stands out for me is that it is evident that he treats his customers and staff alike. Whenever I walked into the store he was engaged in a pleasant and cheerful conversation with the staff. That for me is what makes a great manager. He is an asset to Scooters and the fast food industry. I had to unfortunately bring to his attention that my usual standing order had a different tomatoe base which my kids didn't particularly enjoy. I felt awful to complain, but he was so understanding and accommodating and replaced my order without hesitation and thanked me for letting him know. So we'll done Scooters for hiring a manager who delivers such incredible service.
