food cold and attitude

i waited a hour for delivery and when the driver got here the food was ice cold and when i phoned the shop to tell them it was cold the pizza was cold the driver had a attitude and told me it wasn't cold he said that there is nothing wrong i send it back and while driving out he hooted and then showed me middle finger <br> <br> i take this as totally disgracefull as the driver is the face of the company
