driver refused to give change!!!!!!

Driver didnt gave slip when I gave him the money,he said it is fine and wanted to leave,so I asked for the invoice he gave it and said\give me something?"I had to ask him 4 times to give the change and still he refused and over a dispute he gave a R10 note and short of R4.50"
