I called in to place an order from the parking lot. Firstly on the call the operator seemed to have cut the call. So I called back to complete my order and was faced with denial.I admit I may have been rude because she did not believe i was outside in the parking Lot. At this point she was taking me for a joke. So I eventually completed the order and waited a couple of minutes before going in to pay and collect. When I got there I was friendly and non confrontational to the staff. I paid for the meal which amounted to approximately R360 which was for three pizzas. And then I hear a comment \ uye lo". the person who served me replayed yebo. I then knew at that point they wanted to grossly sabotage my food and emotionally gratify themselves so I responded by letting them know I understood their comments they mentioned in zulu. I then said I will not tolerate them sabotaging my meal and requested my refund which I received. Upset"
