Disgusting food & Disgraceful Service

Bought 3 large pizzas for some guests.Time ordered was 18:27.Received sms at 18:35 saying that pizza had left the store for delivery.Only 8 min to prep, pack etc.Got pizza and guests ate.Every1 complained as it was disgusting.Called the store and spoke to the manager. When questioned about the 8 min time to prep and send off, he suddenly had a mouth injury and was unable to speak. He had stated during the conversation that it took 10 mins for their pizza to bake. Then spoke to asst manager Edmond. He repeatedly cut the call short and advised that he will call back. We had to call back because he didn't. He eventually cut call abruptly while speaking to my wife. I spoke to him again and he asked me to send pictures of the pizza.I refused and asked for his driver to collect and to give us a refund.He said he will send driver.45 min later and no driver. Called back and spoke to Hilton.He said i was supposed to send pictures.No number had been given for me to send pics to so not sure why they thought I was sending.Took pizzas back to store myself.Staff claimed it was not their pizza until I produced the slip.Hilton then accused us of tampering with pizza. Called customer care.
