Bad Service & Attitude

Ordered our favourite Pizza's on Saturday evening. When after 45 minutes we had no delivery, phoned and was met with a manager with major attitude problem. We are 2.4 km (a 3 minute drive) from the shop. We were informed that the 39 minute delivery doesn't apply because we live out of the area (radius) from their shop. We waited another 15 minutes and had luke warm pizza for supper. <br> When I phone the owner to clear things up this morning, I was met with an even worse attitude. Did I know that they can charge me for delivery because I live out of their area? He did not even listen to my side of the story, no apology - we will never order/buy from them again and we will share our experience.
